The project has the objective of the construction of a 22@ use building. It consists of two plants of parking at low level and a construction, divided in three terraced volumes, that goes from the ground floor to four plants until ground floor more six. The arrangements sets out following the irregularity of the block, with a trapezium form, in which IT'S located, which is different from the classic perpendicular FORM OF the Cerda's "new extension". This singularity allows to think about space conditions, geometry and dimensions, in relation to the existing urban diagram, that the project wants to incorporate with the purpose of distinguishing the intervention.
