The design for this housing block plays with perspective. Departing from an orthogonal plot, the building was conceived with an evident rationalism from the beginning. This didn't mean an idealistic, even lyrical, viewpoint was abandoned. The building's façade is made up of a grid of steel squares, which opens up at the top.
