On the edge of the park, four sculptures enrich the park and interact with each other. These four identical buildings deliver interesting sight lines and connections by their mutual rotations. The fourth tower is distanced a bit further, connecting to the nearest street. In order to ensure optimal lighting and view from every apartment, a choice was made for 2 x 2 apartments per floor. Due to the favourable form factor, it was possible to create affordable luxury apartments, with 2 apartments per elevator per floor. The apartments (4 rooms) have free plans, due to the fact that the bathroom and toilet are place together into one central block. During the sale process the position and characteristics for the kitchen and the rooms are defined.
