This large housing block is built where once three windmills stood. They were named 'Hope', 'Love' and 'Fortune'. The building is situated in the Rietlandpark, in the Eastern Docklands, next to the entrance of the Piet Heintunnel. The big, overwhelming, (according to the architect:) 'monumental' façade actually covers 3 different housing blocks. The whole complex has 202 rental apartments, 167 are for sale and on the ground floor there is a kindergarten and some welfare offices.
